The Calm Studio

The Calm Studio provides Relaxation, Pregnancy, Post Natal and Bespoke Massage treatments. Our beautiful Studio is located at our family home in Rockbeare, just outside Exeter, Devon. There is free parking available- usually a parking space can be found directly in front of the Studio.

Mandy, the owner of The Calm Studio has been a massage therapist since 2010. She has a special interest in women's wellness especially self care during pregnancy and the postnatal period. The treatment room is a safe, non-judgemental and nurturing space for you to take time out and feel restored again.

Clinic hours vary weekly but please get in touch if you can't find the right time you are looking for.

PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps puts this in as 'Little Slade Mews' - this is NOT our address but we are in the cul de sac called 'Hoopers Court' that is next to it. To get to us from Parson's lane, turn left and go over the little bridge. We are the second cul de sac on the left. If coming from London Rd, go down Clay Hill and we are located in the first cul de sac on the right (just past the church). The Calm Studio is in the top left corner of Hooper's Court and you can park on the residence.
